Sewing Bee!

..

I am so so happy to be joining in Julia's Sewing Bee! All week it kept coming to my mind...

Just before I learned about the Sewing Bee I had decided that I wanted to make us a little quilt. So what good timing!

I cut squares as I had free moments in my days.

Don't let my lack of words make you think I'm not super excited about the Sewing Bee!

(I'm just too tired to be on the computer this evening. I think I shall go do some knitting...)

I just love reading everyone's entries for Julia's sewing bee :) Your quilt squares look so pretty! I was painting rather than sewing this week so I'm hoping next week I'll get a chance to join in to :) Happy creative Friday!

Oh Renee, so this is the sewing bee you were talking about! I was about to email you and ask you what you meant. :) Maybe I will join too! I have mounds of sewing I need/want to accomplish- this could be good motivation. . .

PS I always love your colors and choice of fabrics. :)

Renee,
I love the colors and old fashioned look to your prints.
I have been thinking that I need to make a quilt for Sarah for her 7th birthday and those colors are perfect.
Thinking of you, Tonya

It will be quite lovely Renee, I love the colors you have chosen. So pretty. I have been so busy studying horses that I don't have the time to blog much and like you haven't really been in the mood for the computer. Much lovexxx

Dear Renee...My my, you have such beautiful taste in fabric! I love them all. Seeing them lined up on your table top is so dang pretty! I love quilting. I've been wanting to make my daughter a big girl quilt for the eventual day she'll be in her own big girl bed (I hope not anytime soon). Where did you find all these sweet country style prints?
